| THE ROLE
§ Sales Training Manager § Providing sales and product training throughout the sales force. § Conducting sales training seminars and workshops at various locations throughout the country. § Assessing and evaluating participant progress within the sales training curriculum, to ensure adequate training is provided and available. § Writing course outlines and materials needed to enhance course development, and providing feedback to the National Sales Manager. § Partnering with clients, uncovering issues and problems, understanding a clients basic networking infrastructure. THE COMPANY § A leading independent provider of enterprise office imaging and document solutions, that sell to high profile Blue Chip, corporate and the public sector. THE PERSON § 2 years minimum of successful sales experience with the relevant sector. § Excellent computer skills, knowledge of network based applications and business software applications. § Excellent presentation, communication, and problem solving skills.
