| This role would be suited to someone who has previous experience in dealing with Lotus Approach and Microsoft Access preferably for marketing purposes. Accuracy and the ability to proof read documentation are also essential. They should be able to provide a full range of administrative support in the sales and marketing team. The position will involve contact with prospective clients as well as assisting with the production of marketing material for advertising and administration duties as required.
Key Tasks Maintenance of prospective client database. Use of computer to access information, good keyboard skills essential. Assist in the design and preparation of written marketing material. To proactively offer advice and promote the service of Premium Credit. To identify opportunities in the development of Client and Customer relations. To maintain an excellent customer service standard combined with a good professional telephone manner. Contribute to the development of a strong Client, Customer relationship by understanding individual Customer and Client circumstances and delivering appropriate solutions. Taking, recording and responding to written and telephone new business inquiries. To ensure a thorough understanding of products, services and procedures. Provide sales and marketing administrative support. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives when required. |
