| „h Perform appropriately segmented selections for Fundraising and Marketing Division.
„h Perform selections for other divisions as required. „h Confirm accuracy of selections through rigorous checking, to ensure names conform both to specific selection criteria and to overall Rules for Selections guidelines. „h Ensure CRM strategy is maintained by adhering to expressed customer preferences and to Data Protection permissions. „h Ensure over-mailing is avoided by ensuring Rules of Engagement are adhered to. „h Ensure the validity of tests (including use of control cells), which will affect future departmental strategies. „h Producing output onto CD, DAT, disk, labels and electronic files, manipulating data as necessary to meet output requirements. „h Where necessary, produce mailsorted exclusion lists and brief mailing/telemarketing houses and last-minute exclusions from campaigns „h Compile appeal spreadsheets and briefs for fulfilment procedures. „h Responsible for ensuring all departments are fully briefed on appeal and fulfilment plans for relevant campaigns, and that all queries are resolved. „h Act as main point of contact, answering fulfilment queries, briefing users when changes occur, and advising on new methods of input. „h Ensure correct appeal code structure and effective input of data onto marketing database, so that user analysis is available via the system. „h Act as trouble-shooter for all departments within Fundraising and Marketing Division. „h Liaison with external suppliers including mailing houses, telemarketing agencies and software providers „h Initiate innovative uses of marketing and fundraising database and other technologies to meet requirements of marketing strategies and for increased efficiency. „h Involved in the planning, testing and implementation of selected database enhancements/new procedures. „h Contribute to the management of data integrity through allocation of new codes and monitoring usage of codes, including maintenance of coding and data usage documentation. |
