London, Central London EC3 £30,000 OTE £60,000 - £70,000 Do you want to work for a niche marketing and recruitment advertising agency with 100+ corporate clients mainly in finance, professional services and tech sectors? Founded in *****, they are a very tech-driven, output-focused, process-orientated company. This role offers the opportunity to significantly increase you knowledge, skills set and experience as long as you are hard working, responsible and high performing. As Solutions Sales Manager you will sell their annual jobsite advertising licenses to blue-chip companies. They currently have 100+ corporate customers. The Solutions Sales Manager will: - research and manage sales leads - cold call prospects clearly pitching product benefits and features - update and maintain daily sales database records - perform occasional field sales visits This is a 100% autonomous desk job with all the work and communication being on screen and by phone (not working face-to-face in a physical team). You will therefore need to be ambitious, hard working and work well under pressure! Our client has expressed that the following skills / experience are essential: - previous telesales and field sales experience selling corporate products/services to blue-chip clients - consultative solution selling experience - strong internet research skills Our client has expressed that the following skills / experience would be useful: - previous sales database usage and understanding - previous experience in a small output-focused company - a degree (or equivalent) You will have demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record that will make our client sit up and notice your passion for a target driven environment.
