Trusted by *****million users and endorsed by industry analysts, our client is a world leader in IT security and control solutions purpose-built for business, education, government organisations and service providers. They are now looking to recruit a Strategic Partner Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity in which as a Strategic Partner Sales Executive you will manage the relationship with a group of high-value Partner organisations, as you look to identify and recruit new strategic partners with the aim of growing the business.

As a Strategic Partner Sales Executive you will apply your sales skills as you present, negotiate, persuade and influence in a variety of scenarios with partner organisations. This is a field-based role, with opportunities in the South (London and M4 corridor) and the North of England - although you will be expected to visit the office 1-2 times per week.

As a Strategic Partner Sales Executive you will:

- Identify new partner organisations that have the potential to become high value (£1M + per year)
- Analyse past performance, the company’s and competitor business share, and growth potential of existing partners to become high value (£1M + per year)
- Develop and execute on a joint Partner business plan
- Gain a detailed understanding of the Partner's business, investment areas and profitability factors
- Develop and manage partner technical readiness plans and partner sales/pre-sales readiness plans
- Engage with Partner sales teams in sales opportunities at prospective and existing client sites
- Lead a virtual company account team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all team members

To succeed as a Strategic Partner Sales Executive you will need to demonstrate your experience of working towards, and achieving, sales targets in a re-seller based business model. Experienced in a commercial IT environment, you must also show experience in identifying and recruiting new Partners - so you can deliver in excess of £1M revenue.

You will also have the following experience:

- Developing and executing against business and account plans
- Leading a virtual account team towards common goals
- Managing the entire sales process
- Developing mutually beneficial relationships
- Selling into complex organisational structures, including multiple level selling
- Creating and delivering presentations to C-level audiences
- Sales forecasting in a reseller-based business model

It would be desirable to our client if you have experience of the computer security market, supervising, coaching and mentoring; and/or marketing programmes.
