Swedish Speaking Sales Account Manager

This role is to work for a major international information provider, in a role where the comapny seek
2 –3 year previous sales experience with a proven track record of consultative sales growth
• Knowledge of the information market is desirable, ideally with previous sales experience either in the patent information or other information services field.
• Fluent English is also required for reports and internal communication.
• Knowledge of one of more Nordic Languages would be an advantage (written, spoken, presentation), ideally including Swedish.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
You will be responsible for effectively managing, sustaining and developing revenue from a portfolio of existing customers as well as prospecting for and gaining new customers within your designated Territory Account base. This will involve promoting and selling a wide ranging patent, literature and standards product portfolio, supported by a marketing and product development programme, with the overall goal of achieving demanding but realistic targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining and growing online revenues within your designated region.
• To contact the Territory Account base to obtain the renewal of subscription business, grow and maintain online revenues, analyse information requirements and maximise new sales revenue from this customer base.
• To contact self-generated leads and new leads within the designated territory account base, generated from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, customer enquiry and online usage data, analyse information requirements and maximise new business revenue.
• To effectively liaise with the existing and potential new customer bases through office based and face to face contact and proactively steer relationships towards strategic and consultative partnership status.
• To maintain and update sales progress reports and other administrative reporting mechanisms according to agreed timeframes.
