Central London SE1 £20,000 OTE £31,000+ Are you an experienced Telesales Executive / Sales Advisor? If you are looking for a great role with the potential to earn a generous salary - look no further. Our client is the UK’s largest broker for the 6 major energy suppliers and smaller independent suppliers. Providing a utility switching service to businesses - they have helped thousands of companies to save thousands of pounds on their energy bills. To compliment their team they are looking to recruit a motivated and bright Telesales Executive / Sales Advisor to join them. To succeed you will have previous telesales experience and excellent organisation skills. Along with your ability to build rapport with a variety of people, you will be familiar with Outlook and have good IT skills. As a Telesales Executive / Sales Advisor you’ll have great relationship and rapport building skills, along with an enthusiastic attitude and an excellent telephone manner. This position will require you to build trust by building rapport with enquirers and build great relationships quickly with SME businesses. As a Telesales Executive / Sales Advisor you will: - Answer inbound enquiries from the website or incoming telephone calls - Identify savings opportunities through questioning and effective listening - Generate manual or automatic quotations with your knowledge of the products and savings options - Seek commitment from enquirers to switch immediately by securing bank details and creating contracts - Hand the new client over to the administration/customer service team With your excellent questioning and listening skills, as a Telesales Executive / Sales Advisor you will be a fast learner, have great organisation skills and be able to think methodically. You must also have excellent and fast numerical skills along with the confidence and persistence to be successful in this role.
