| A well established company that provides a number of products/services covering a range of subjects that include Human Resources, Law, support and solutions, training, seminars, information & software, international trade, facilities and education, is looking for enthusiastic and focused goal achievers for it's telesales team. You will need to be an excellent communicator and a very good listener. You will be focused on client service and maximising the potential of existing customers. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing them with information, advice and guidance. Any sales background would be an advantage. You will research and recommend new opportunities. Resolve product and service problems when necessary. Identify alternative means of filling customers requirements. Part of your job will involve co-operating with the editorial; marketing and customer support departments to design possible community based promotions and events. You will be part of a team of 4 working in a very small well-appointed call centre (4 teams in all) You should be career minded, motivated and enthusiastic. The salary quoted is the basic starting salary. You will also get the opportunity to earn generous monthly bonuses. The current team average salary is over £30,000 pa.
