| An exceptional opportunity for an experienced and successful telesales exec with leadership ability and good business acumen to join a successful telephone prospecting service provider at senior level. The company works on campaigns for top end clients only, adding value to their clients’ businesses by delivering first class telemarketing solutions. You must be an astute and ambitious person with not only a proven track record in telesales but also the ability to develop, motivate and lead a successful team. Working directly with the MD you will also learn about the whole running of the business with the potential to progress to more senior levels. This job will suit a high flyer with heaps of ambition and good man management skills. You should be able to learn quickly, make decisions and contribute to the continuing success of this organisation with the scope to rise to top management level. £30k OTE (uncapped). |
