| An experienced Business Development Manager is required to support the Business Development Director at this Project Investment Company.
You will be required to support the Business Unit Directors in developing their businesses and finding suitable opportunities. Research through a variety of sources to understand the clients/strategic partners strengths/ capabilities will be a key part of this role, Prepare pre-qualifications and develop and nurture clients, mostly within the the public sector. Vision to identify PPP opportunities, commercially focused and profit driven and keen to be involved in a successful growing business. The ideal candidate will have a business degree or equivalent, qualifications ideally need to be in general management and a wide ranging approach to business. 5-8 years business experience giving breadth & depth in general business principles, strong client/customer skills with proven ability to create new contacts at appropriate levels in public and private organisations, knowledge of PFI markets and processes will be an advantage. Presentation skills are essential along with excellent admin skills. WIllingness to travel, occasionally spending time away from home is part of this role. |
