| Leading Financial Group, require a skilled and experienced person from the Investment / Financial advisory sector. Proven experience at this level essential. The role is to identify and acquire new partners in agreed sectors, to lead the development of relationships with them to achieve an acceptable and improving cost per lead acquired, and to increase the total number of good quality leads acquired from agreed sectors. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead relationship management activities within agreed sectors. Identify suitable partners likely to deliver a significant number of new, good quality leads, and sign them up on attractive commercial terms. Monitor performance of existing relationships to identify and implement improvements. Lead renegotiation activities with all existing partners in agreed sectors. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Create & execute new partner acquisition plan for agreed sectors delivering major new partnerships that provide significant volumes of high quality mortgage/wealth advice leads. Meet regularly with major partners to review performance and agree action plans to improve placement etc. Monitor competitive activity and respond where appropriate / necessary. Ensure we maximise lead acquisition from agreed sectors at an economic rate. Lead and manage all partner contract activities to ensure that contracts are in place with all partners, such contracts to have Group Compliance, Group Legal and business/commercial sign-off by the appropriate internal sign off authority. Provide ideas / input to business development team, marketing team and proposition development team on ideas and opportunities to exploit based on partner requirements/ feedback including any learnings gleaned from them re. what works / doesn’t work. Create & manage both sector and partner specific commercial business plans for agreed sectors including; planned partner payments, internal costs, investment costs (IT etc.), lead volumes, income and contribution. Communicate and promote partner deals internally to our Sales Management community to ensure maximum conversion and return from each partner deal. Salary is pitched at £40-45,000 + Bonus |
