| South West London Estate Agency requires an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager/Senior Negotiator to fill immediate vacancy. Suitable candidates must have a mature attitude to work alongside a small and highly motivated team.
Candidate must have/be ·An experienced Valuer, able to consistently generate new instructions ·Highly self motivated, will be managing every aspect of Sales Process ·An excellent communicator, will be maintaining existing client relationships, and establishing new ones ·A desire to progress the business; this will include generating new business, touting, direct marketing to raise profile. ·Must be personable, able to work well within an established and close knit team ·Reliable ·Has the ability to use own initiative when required Due to the nature of this role we can only accept applicants if they have previou experience working within an Estate Agency.
