| A leading multi-research company is currently looking for an Executive assistant specializing in customer loyalty. The position requires the successful candidate to play an active part at junior level in the Account and Project teams. The candidate will work and learn from senior colleagues in order to develop research skills and techniques.
Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with setting up and co-ordinating projects. • Being aware of clients, current projects, schedules, deadlines and being a key point of contact, especially when Director/Research Executives are out of the office. • Co-ordinating sections onto the e-surveys and tracking studies; booking in work, compiling questionnaires, managing survey admin, checking data tables, preparing standard research reports, preparing data for presentations; contacting Clients and potential Clients as required. • Participating in internal and external training courses as required. • Learning about the business of the Company and the Industry. • Undertaking project work on behalf of clients working within Project Teams under the direction of Research Directors, Account Directors, Account Managers or Project Team Managers as required. • Safeguarding quality of output and encourage control of costs by adherence to procedures. • Being aware of time targets set and the need for effective use of time. • Enhancing Client relations by timely and appropriate response to Client needs. • Carrying out such other duties as may from time to time be assigned. |
