The postholder will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team with technical related marketing projects, to maximise use of technology in a marketing related context, and to deliver information about programmes to potential applicants. Main duties will include to compile and manipulate statistical data and produce reports on: attendees to events and information fairs, enquiries into programmes, visitors to the website, and advertising activity, ensuring that enquiries and brochure requests are responded to swiftly, and to work on ad hoc marketing projects. The successful candidate should ideally have previous marketing or IT related experience, good MS Office skills, experience of, (or the desire to learn), web related packages, excellent customer focus and service skills, strong communication skills, and excellent time management skills. |
