| Our client, a large retail organization, has an exciting opportunity for a marketing Assistant to join their team for an initial 12 months contract. The successful candidate will provide support for the marketing team and to take responsibility for key projects within the stream.
• To create and manage accurate and regular reports • To assist in the management of the external agencies • Liaising with all suppliers - Internal/ External. • Provide an interface with the general manager and the marketing team. • Monitoring budgetary requirements • Management of projects • To assist in the management of the ‘buy in’ of the relevant stakeholders to the marketing program. • To prepare process charts. • Creating PowerPoint presentation • Responsibility for the coordination of key events. • General Marketing Administration The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience, have advanced MS Office skills, is an excellent communicator who can work unsupervised while prioritizing their workload and coordinating numerous projects at once.
