The postholder will be responsible for working closely with team members to ensure effective administration processes are in place. Main duties will include co-ordinating and managing the team's financial systems, managing the team centralised diary, co-ordinating internal and external meetings, handling all customer enquiries, minuting team meetings, assisting team in drawing up tenders, and managing filing systems. The successful candidate should have at least two years administration experience, experience of taking minutes, good MS Office skills, good numeracy skills, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication skills. An interest in environmental/energy issues would be an advantage.
