| Our client - a commercial law firm - has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant become an integral part of their busy team. This person will be responsible for supporting the firm’s partners and lawyers in achieving the objectives set out in the firm’s marketing and business plans. This will involve implementing marketing initiatives and events organisation.
The role will encompass the following activities, projects and responsibilities: • Organising the firm’s marketing events, including seminars, client entertainment and corporate hospitality. • Organising key staff events including all external liaison with venues, booking of catering, managing of internal communications. • Becoming an integral part of the firm’s internal database team to develop the use of the product within the firm. • Liaising with external design consultants to develop brochures and other printed information, establishing the most cost effective print and production solutions. • Assisting the Business Development team in the implementation of marketing and business plans. • Undertaking or supervising the production of all external PowerPoint presentations. • Co-ordinating the updating of the firm’s website to include inputting news updates, legal updates, job vacancies, experience summaries and amendments to partner profiles. • Understanding the firm’s business continuation process as it relates to communication and take responsibility for ensuring that the supplier information and contact information contained within the communications plan remains up to date. • Providing administrative support to the Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a law background and has experience in the Marketing field. |
