| An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant has become available. Working for an inner city PR firm in a team of 3, the successful candidate will incorporate 80% Marketing and 20% PA duties to their role.
This job would be perfect for someone who had had previous Marketing Assistant experience, is organized, can do multiple tasks at once, run to a tight deadline, exceptional Microsoft Office skills, and have an exceptional eye for detail. PA to Head of Marketing (20% of role) • General secretarial support • Diary management • Producing PowerPoint presentation/ pitch documents Marketing Assistant (80% of role) • Assisting in the development, production and maintenance of all marketing literature including publications and mail outs • Assisting in the development and delivery of corporate events • Updating the company website • Company mail shots/ support to the Database Manager • Designing filers for mail outs and liaising with external designers • Database - updating financial information and data If you feel you meet all these requirements then please apply now! |
