Can you step into someone else’s shoes? We are looking for someone with at least a years’ previous administrative / marketing experience who can hit the ground running! Working 4 days a week to provide maternity cover in the marketing department of one of the world’s leading providers of financial information. You will undertake management of the industry publications’ library and sales literature including formatting, printing and distributing relevant material. This will involve creating mail merge documents and producing PowerPoint presentations. You must have good written English and be fully computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases) - the desire and ability to learn new software packages will definitely prove advantageous.
