They opperate in both the public, social and private sector with small, medium and large companies in most areas of trade, commerce and industry.
The following job is permanent. But the 1st 3 months will involve a great deal of strategic work setting up the original concept. The company will accept someone with the right strategic planning and marketing ability for 3 months even if that person does not want the permanent position thereafter. The salary quoted is basic. There will be very generous results related bonuses on top. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably in the software field, who has good sales and negotiation skills, the ability to train and motivate staff, good market knowlege and a sound understanding of customer job function and the use of software by these customers. You will co-ordinate with marketing activities to create awareness of the companies software offerings; maintain performance of sales team by ensuring good product knowlege, developing sales skills and motivation with commision and incentive schemes; recruit and train new sales staff as necessary; liaise with senior management and report on performance |
