The role will entail both established account management and new business development and you will be involved in the full recruitment process: from advertising through to placement. Hudson Shribman offers a consultative and proactive approach to our clients needs and this will be reflected in your role. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a year to 18 months experience in recruitment or a similar sales environment. You will be highly motivated and target driven, with an excellent ability to communicate at all levels. You must be able to work on your own initiative, but support and contribute to the team. In return you will be offered a competitive salary, excellent uncapped commission and the support and training of over 25 years of recruitment expertise. |
