The company new division the Homeservices is to provide the clients with all their personal protection polices and their Mortgages and home cover needs. THE ROLE To join new and established Direct Sales Teams selling the Personal Protection Plus in addition the mortgages and loans in specific regional areas within the London/M25 area, East and West Sussex. Introducing an established cliental base as well as generating new leads in traditional and emerging segments. Primarily selling to Home owners, small businesses and community plus special groups. Attend the business club and the on-going training given by the management Support the management structure in the close field accompaniment THE PERSON The successful candidates will be ambitious, hard working and tenacious with some sales experience and a desire for a rewarding career in field sales Confidence, flair and good communication skills are a must and the ability to project both themselves and the company professionally in a business-to-consumer sales environment Knowledge of insurance market and personal protection would be a distinct advantage Presentation iterate and comfortable in closing business environment RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Generating appointments through telephone and cold canvassing activities Performing effective sales demonstrations in customer homes and in their office environment some times Achievement of sales weekly targets Development of sales in his/ her designated area Reporting and working with performance ratios THE SALARY £12,000 Basic 50% Comm. without claw back £34,000 realistic first year earnings Full training is given Accelerated promotion for management for big achievers CONTACT Imad Morgan Tel: ***** Fax: ***** Email: ****.com www.imadmorgan.com |
