| Prestigious corporate property letting agent, with eight fully furnished centres, needs two permanent Sales Consultants - in London’s West End and Slough - to increase their client base.
You will not need: · Previous experience in this sector, although it would be an advantage You will need: · proven record in selling in a challenging environment · strong “people skills” (you will be acting as a consultant as well as a salesperson) · strong written and verbal communication skills - you will be producing mail shots, writing proposals and organising contracts · able to work well in a small, friendly team environment Your responsibility will be to: · consult with clients on their needs and assist in problem-solving · advise on merits of the various locations · guide them through the process right through to handing them the key to their new office! Your client base will be acquired through leads from agents, colleagues, networking and cold calling. You will be reimbursed for your hard work with a salary of £25,000 + commission. You will be provided with a mobile phone, a stakeholder pension is also available. |
