| THE ROLE
· This role, Sales Executive. · Home based role. · 50/50 divide between new and existing business. · Selling a wide range of the companies intelligent ventilation products, both for domestic and commercial use. · You will be selling to the house builders, local authorities, and housing associations. · You will be dealing mainly at buyer level through architects and specifies. Where in exists a design led element. · Targeting a figure of around 750k-1m annually. · This role is personality driven. · Full product and in house training is available. · Will be responsible for your own territory. THE COMPANY · Leading manufacturer of ventilation products for domestic and commercial applications. THE PERSON · Proven track record in selling building products to the domestic and commercial sectors, where there is a design led element as a pose to commodity. · Good track record in sales that is provable and demonstrable · Switched on personality. · Ability to show plenty of commitment to the company and the role. · Must be organised and systematic with strong ability to work under pressure.
