| Small specialist independent news agency is looking for a customer support/sales representative to join their team. Fluent French and Spanish are necessary along with a background in customer service, business development or sales. A knowledge of Italian would also be useful in the role but is not essential. The role will involve customer support and business development both over the telephone and face to face along with a significant amount of travelling to visit clients. Day to day duties will include responding to website and telephone enquiries and carrying out mailshot campaigns. You should have an interest in current affairs and should be a confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills. This is an excellent role with opportunity for progression and the chance to use your language skills in an exciting, developing company. |
