Job Purpose To define requirements to and monitor the performance of suppliers of insourced and outsourced customer service, call centre(s), fund and product administration, fund accounting and pricing, depositary/trustee services for a wide range of investment products targeted at the retail and institutional markets. Person Profile Knowledge and# *****; A thorough understanding of investment products administration Skills and# *****; Excellent at building and maintaining relationships and# *****; Strong influencing and good negotiation skills and# *****; Strong communication skills an– verbal, written, presentation and facilitation and# *****; Strong analysis skills an– able to identify trends and patterns as well as be able to probe to the detailed level and# *****; Problem solving and root cause analysis skills and# *****; Strong planning, co-ordination and organising skills and# *****; Change management skills and# *****; Budgeting and cost control skills and has commercial acumen and# *****; Strong performance management skills Experience and# *****; A minimum of five years management experience in an investment company (preferably unit trust/OEIC) or a third party administrator |
