| Desk Assistant to Analysts for this leading Investment Bank based in the City. Providing full secretarial and
administrative support; this will involve, amongst other things, organising travel and client meetings, helping with PowerPoint presentations, research publications, conferences and collating business information. You will also be involved in researching information (interim/year-end results, AGM/EGM's, company reports, conferences, economic news, company updates) Adding information to the Intranet and organising corporate entertainment. Experience within a Financial environment (preferably Investment Banking and has worked on a Trading Floor (minimum of three years) is essential and must be interested in the Financial sector. This is a fast paced team so previous experience is essential! |
