This prestigious Company based in the City deliver real estate outsourcing solutions to some of the World’s leading organisations and are looking for a Secretary with at least 3 years experience to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Services Director and Management team.

Duties will include the co-ordination of various meetings involving organising conference calls and meeting rooms, minute taking, diary management, and arranging travel for the Service Directors’ and Department Managers’ travel & accommodation arrangements.

You will ideally have worked within a blue chip environment/facilities team and possess excellent IT Literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Customer focused skills and attention to detail are essential as well as an A’ level education and Word Processing /typing qualification.
