A prestigious City Insurance firm is looking to recruit an Office Manager with previous experience as a PA. Due to the nature of this role superb organisation, combined with the ability to multi task is required. A brief summary of key responsibilites include; supporting the Exec Director with diary, travel, project management etc. Office manager, dealing with issues such as budgets, liaison officer for property and office services, health and safety etc. Line mangement of staff which will involve appraisals, smooth running of departments. Branch Administration for starters and leavers, arranging and conducting interviews, assisting with HR, including exit interviews for leavers. You will also be responsible for the circulation and distribution of company literature. For this role you MUST have managerial experience within a Corporate City Office, experience as a PA with the ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality, good people skills and flexability.
