Secretary/ Finance Asst

This top city corporate require a high calibre secretary with strong Finance experience and Excellent MSOffice Skills.

The individual will be Personal Assistant to 1 Partner (possibly 2), 2 Directors and 1 Senior Consultant. He/she will also provide some support to approximately 5 Consulting Assistants. A few financial tasks will need to be carried out.

Principal Accountabilities
Travel Arrangements 30%
Billing on Elite 40%
Answering telephones 10% Managing diaries and setting up meetings 10%
General Admin (filing, expense claims, etc.) 10%
Overtime may be required

Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications and Special Skills Needed for the Job
Experience
Two/three yearan’s experience required. Must have some experience in Finance and must have invoiced clients on a regular basis before.

Qualifications:
Preferably a degree or minimum good A Levels.
Must have at least studied Maths/Accountancy/Statistics at school level
Advanced IT skills an– Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Outlook, but any e-mail package is sufficient.
Special Skills
Experience in Elite (Financial Software) an– not many people have this, but it would be very useful.
Common sense and be able to work on own initiative.
Well organised approach to work
Strong, outgoing personality.
Confident and Assertive
