SECRETARY TO PARTNER AND MANAGERS

Main Responsibilities:
Telephone liaison with both clients
Sorting and prioritising mail
Taking initiative for monitoring internal and where appropriate, external correspondence
Maintaining diary of appointments
Arranging and co-ordinating meeting/lunches/dinners
Organising and booking travel arrangements
Copy/Audio typing correspondence both internal and external
General administrative duties
Personal Skills/Attributes:
excellent organisational skills;
ability to use initiative;
ability to work effectively under pressure;
ability to work with demanding people and to tight deadlines;
flexible approach to work - pitch in and help others (a team player);
good flexibility regarding working hours;
professional telephone manner;
able to establish rapport with clients
excellent written English;
adaptable and keen;
experience of W4W
typing speed minimum of 60 wpm
knowledge of Powerpoint/Voicemail/Outlook an advantage but training will be given.
