| Working for one of the most prestigious Investment Banks. We are seeking someone with Banking experience (ideally currently or very recently), for this position of Marketing Secretary. Based in the Marketing department which covers the Fund Management area, the role will include, liaising with PR companies to arrange press lunches, media training for members of the fund management division, assist with the production of press packs and advertising, co-ordinate press cuttings and distribute as required. Maintain press contact files and database, Powerpoint, co-ordinate and organise coporate entertainment for client areas from time to time as well. |
