| Working for the Head of the City Business Department and two others. The role will be to provide a high level of secretarial and admin support to the Deputy Chairman of the group. The role will include around 60% typing of reports and general correspondence, diary management, arranging large internal and external meetings and lunches, telephone liaison with clients and fielding calls where appropriate, preparing presentations and updating client marketing database, travel arrangements liaising with travel co-ordinator to book flights, train tickets and hotel accommodation, expenses for the team on a monthly basis. The ideal person would have worked at senior level previously and have advanced Powerpoint and enjoy using their organisational skills. |
