Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of this division, you will enjoy a challenging and varied role. This department is the central unit of the Bank providing services related to procurement of consulting services. It ensures compliance with the bank's Procurement Policies and Rules for all funded contracts.

In addition to effectively managing the schedule of your boss, you will have responsibility for overseeing the running of the department in an office manager capacity. This will include supervising support staff, overseeing and co-ordinating the selection of new support staff, managing and monitoring contract administration, co-ordinating IT moves and changes and preparing management reports. YOU will be a team players with at least five years secretarial/admin experience at senior level. A knowledge of SAP is advantageous and Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. You will be a born organiser and a skilled communicator as you liaise at all levels.
