Secretarial - Bi Lingual Secretary

Fluency is a second language combined with excellent interpersonal and client service skills are essential for this new role with one of the worlds leading management consultants. The role will involve working as part of the client engagement team and duties will include assiting with the design and populating the website, training users, monitoring usage and general site maintenance. In addition to this you will also be involved in business development support work such as drafting responses to new business requests, extensive liaison with local and international offices, database maintenance etc. A minimum of two years office based experience combined with 45wpm typing and a sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also required. The team currently have staff fluent in French, German, Spanish and Malaysian so any of these would be useful although other languages would also be favourably considered particulatrly Dutch or Italian.
