| A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior PA / Marketing Assistant to join one of London's leading law firm to provide full direct and pro-active support to the Head of Marketing as well as providing support to the Marketing Department as required.
Duties will include: - Updating and maintaining the database system - Diary management - Project manage the internal newsletter - Provide market research / information and opening leads - Produce reports about clients and prospective clients - Ad hoc marketing administration and activities Successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on own initiative. An easy-going, friendly, mature personality with a 'can-do' attitude would be advantageous. A minimum of one year's PA experience or working in a professional services environment would be advantageous though graduates may be considered provided they have had one year's commercial experience. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to progress within the marketing sector as long as they are happy to do the PA side.
