Secretarial - PA Secretary

Job Description:

An experienced PA is required to work with two senior employees for this financial Group providing day to day support in their activities. Key elements of the role will be diary management, audio typing, liaison with branches and general office duties.

Specific Skills required

PA to Commercial Director
Proactive Diary management - He needs someone who can organise him; his diary moves constantly and his PA needs to be on top of it at all times.
Liaison with branches, internal departments, sales staff, Operational staff and senior level executives to set up meetings on and off site.
Arranging travel/ accommodation
Preparation and checking of monthly expenses
Processing of cheque requests and invoices
General office duties eg filing, stationery ordering
Element of personal admin eg banking, letters etc

PA to Director
Proactive diary management - organisation of meetings involving significant numbers of people and managing diaries accordingly
Audio typing - Roderic tends to produce most of his work this way rather than copy typing.

Core Competencies
Excellent organisation skills
Good PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent knowledge of Outlook required
An ability to deal with people in a variety of situations and at different levels
An ability to priorities work and to be able to re-priorities at short notice
