Personal Assistant

Secretarial - PA Secretary

in London City

You will be providing Personal Assistance and admin support to all departments, but particularly to the Directors and Associate Directors of this Insurance Brokers based in the City. This is a varied role including dealing with all post, faxes and stationery, daily housekeeping, incoming calls as well as meeting and greeting visitors. Will be arranging Travel and accommodation, and lunch appointments for directors. Responsibility will also include maintenance of holiday, sickness and off site work records and updating personnel records. Occasional travel to Leamington for board meetings will be required. Must have computer literacy, secretarial and admin skills, as well as experience in general office support.
