Part-time Corporate Receptionist

Secretarial - Part Time or Evening Sec

My client, a large marketing company is looking for a Part-time Corporate Receptionist to manage the front of house reception while providing administrative support. This role is a job share and the hours will be 1.30pm - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Duties include:
• Manage the day to day running of the front of house function
• Monitoring switchboard calls
• Meet and greet visitors
• Organise and co-ordinate incoming/outgoing couriers and taxi services
• Preparation presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Assist in organising and co-coordinating UK and overseas travel and hotel bookings
• Manage stationery stock levels and replenishments
• Other administrative and support tasks as requested

The ideal candidate will have previous reception/admin/secretarial background. Good MS Office skills are essential as is, excellent verbal and written communication skills, extremely organized and an eye for detail.
