| Working for a large prestigious international consultancy firm based in Canary Wharf
Role Provision of administrative and secretarial support to the UK Consulting Risk and Quality Management Team including administering the Rolling Review, In Flight Review and Client Service Review programmes across UK Consulting, plus the RQM database. The Responsibilities Maintain the RQM database (in Access) including inputting data on RRs, IFRs and CSRs. Extract data and learning information from the database for monthly reports to the Executive and for other reporting needs. Identify engagements which qualify for In Flight Review using various existing UKC-wide databases/systems, plus the industry RQM network. Obtain further information from the engagement team concerned and pass on to RQM Partner and Director for a decision. Once an engagement is selected for IFR, to liaise as necessary with the selected reviewer and keep track of progress until completion. Enter tracking data to the database. Liaise as necessary with industry RQM to identify engagements/relationships which qualify for Client Service Review. Where an external reviewer is to be used, liaise with the RQM Manager to select a reviewer and then arrange for him/her to be briefed and carry out the review. Liaise as necessary with the reviewer to keep track of progress until completion. Enter tracking data to the database. Maintain records of reports received; scan for issues that need to be followed up and/or reported; arrange distribution of reports. Process CSR quotations and invoices. Select engagements for RR and liaise with the engagement manager to obtain the files for review. Log the files in and out of RQM; return files to owners when RRs completed; enter details of RRs carried out on the database. Liaise with industry seconded reviewers on arrangements and issue briefing documents to them. Provide support to seconded reviewers and other RQM staff on the rolling review programme. Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the RQM team. Liaise with Learning and Development on the administration of RQM training courses |
